Human Centered Agility was founded after years of watching the same pattern repeat inside transformations: a strong strategy, a real budget, a capable team, and a rollout that quietly stalled at the human layer.
I started this work because I was tired of pretending the human side of transformation was a downstream concern. It isn't. It's the work.
Across two decades inside change programs, agile rollouts, AI pilots, reorganizations, mergers, the same lesson kept landing: the strategy was almost never the failure point. The failure was upstream of the technology and downstream of the deck. It lived in fatigue, in unread emails, in teams that quietly went back to the old way the moment the launch was over.
The DIG Framework is the practitioner's answer to that pattern. It was built with the people the existing playbooks left behind, frontline managers, transformation leads, sponsors holding too much. It's designed to be honest, concrete, and actually usable on a Monday morning.
The most important word in our name isn't agility. It's human.
